I am having the exact same problem, but am in south africa, have you managed to sort it out?
I own a samsung PS51D6900 Smart 3d tv... I am having problems with connecting to 'explore 3D'...I have downloaded it, but it loads the explore 3d menu, then a disclaimer comes up saying "please update your tv software to enjoy this 3d VOD service. Simply go to MENU,SUPPORT, and SOFTWARE UPGRADE." then it gives me the option to confirm. so i confirm, it takes me back to the smart hub. i go to MENU, support, and software upgrade, then i upgrade via the internet, it just tells me that there is "no current software to be updated." and this just takes me around in circles. driving me nuts! what can i do? ...I am living in auckland new zealand. I have checked online and new zealand has access to 3d explore. It says so on the samsung 3d tv site. I dont know what im doing wrong, please help me, i would really like to enjoy this feature, Thankyou.
