Put them in order for what I thought was the best 3d visuals, and story line.

1 Megamind was fantastic, minimal crosstalk, great story!
2 How to Train Your Dragon Little crosstalk
3 Coraline again, great movie.. little crosstalk
4- monster house... didn't egt to see the 3d version.. sorry... story isn't my favorite either.

Kinda difficult to answer which is the best without knowing what it is you are looking for, the only two on your list that I have fully watched are Megamind & How To Train Your Dragon, I enjoyed both movies quite a bit. I think Megamind is the more enjoyable movie but if you are just looking for good 3D Dragon is far superior.

seen most of the movies and i would say monsters v aliens has very impressive 3d, as does a christmas carol and they're both very enjoyable.
there are a lot more 3d films available now and for the family i would recommend: shrek 4
