Kinda difficult to answer which is the best without knowing what it is you are looking for, the only two on your list that I have fully watched are Megamind & How To Train Your Dragon, I enjoyed both movies quite a bit. I think Megamind is the more enjoyable movie but if you are just looking for good 3D Dragon is far superior.

I agree with the previous comment. I would choose Megamind or How To Train Your Dragon. For a list of my favorite 3D blu-ray you can check out my list here:

seen most of the movies and i would say monsters v aliens has very impressive 3d, as does a christmas carol and they're both very enjoyable.
there are a lot more 3d films available now and for the family i would recommend: shrek 4
immpecable me
tintin
journey to the center of the earth

for older audience: prometheus

Hi
You have missed two THE BEST 3d movies Madagascar and G-Force. I really enjoyed these two movies at maximum.

G-Force yes, but you cant add Madagascar to the list purely because the movie is pants with or without 3D
