I dunno...

http://www.explore3dtv.com/blog/entry/14202/Aiptek-Makes-3D-Cameras-Cheap/

I tend to think the camera will just add more than a few pounds in 3D.  I'm not sure I want to see my bald dome captured in glorious stereoscopic accuracy; I prefer to live in photos as a 2D figure, myself.

I can honestly say that I have absolutely no interest in ever getting a 3D camera for the home.  I love photos just the way they are.

However, there is something to be said for viewing photographs of world locations, in 3D photos, that you may otherwise never get to see.  I can see the benefit there...

I'm just not convinced I'd buy one to take pictures of my family, pets, etc.

What say you?

What a boring response to 3-D camera. I want a 3-D video camera and can't wait for all the fun I'll have with it!!

I'll second the boring comment - GET A CLUE - This is a 3D site - get yourself a Polaroid and watch your VHS and leave the rest of us to the excitement of real technology. Of course I want a 3D cam !
And the more 3D cameras out there , the more content there will be..
