One of the biggest theaters in my area here in Houston already sold out of the pre-order tickets(as of yesterday)of the first showing of Transformers 3d IMAX. it's gonna be big, and hopefully help out 3d from these last few low 3d showings. I haven't been to this theater before but the pre-order online tickets through Fandango were almost $20/ticket, ouch! And it still sold out a day before the movie even released.
