Teen rockers Cherri Bomb are all growns up and making a 3D music video. The all-girl group will work with PassmoreLab to make a 3D video for "Run You Down," the group's second single off the album, "Perfectly Legitimate Use of Volume."
This is pretty cool for a few reasons. First of all, the band just signed to Creative Artist Agency, and is currently working on their first studio album. Also, the average age of the band members is 13 -- yes, that's NOT a misprint.
"I love this band and I like the idea that they will have a hot 3D video before they are even signed to a record deal," said Greg Passmore, president of PassmoreLab and director of the video. "The Salton Sea location is the perfect backdrop for the betrayal and redemption of the song, and the girls are going to look great against it."
Cherri Bomb has appeared on NBC's Nightly News, ABC's "The Red Carpet," and Fox's "Good Day LA." They've also previously toured with the Smashing Pumpkins.
Production will start next month, with plans to distribute Cherri Bomb's "Run You Down" across multiple 3D distribution channels in March 2011.
