'Avatar' Blu-ray 3D Discs Going for $400!

We know you'd pay a lot for 3D at home, but how much would you specifically pay for "Avatar" on Blu-ray 3D disc?

According to ConceivablyTech, the discs are available now on eBay, to the tune of $400.

Of course, the disc is as rare as Na'vi right now. There have been two versions of "Avatar" released on Blu-ray, but we have yet to see a 3D version. That version is expected to be available starting December 1 (tomorrow!), but as an exclusive to Panasonic customers.

We took a peek at eBay and found a few versions of the Blu-ray 3D disc. Most of the starting prices were in the $200 range, with final sales around $300 to $350. We even saw one disc go for $501. Yikes!

Wow! That's a lot of scratch for a single 3D movie. Who would really pay that much for a movie, seriously?
