'Silent Hill' Sequel Coming in 3D
Just about every horror release these days has a 3D component. It seems that the "Silent Hill" sequel will be no different.
According to Fangoria, "Silent Hill: Revelation 3D" will be directed by Michael J. Bassett ("Solomon Kane"). The original film, which is based on the game franchise, grossed $97 million at the box office.

Here is the sequel's synopsis: "For years, Heather Mason and her father have been on the run, always one step ahead of dangerous forces that she doesn’t fully understand. Now on the eve of her 18th birthday, plagued by terrifying nightmares and the disappearance of her father, Heather discovers she’s not who she thinks she is. The revelation leads her deeper into a demonic world that threatens to trap her in Silent Hill forever."
