Time Warner Cable to Add ESPN 3D
If you've got Time Warner Cable, you must be very happy. The cable provider just announced plans to add a slew of new channels. If you've got a 3D TV, you'll be extremely pleased to know that one of them is in 3D.
ESPN 3D is coming to Time Warner Cable and Bright House Networks' high-def lineup. Of course, you'll need a 3D-capable set, as well as 3D glasses, to take advantage of that new programming option. The addition is part of a long-term deal with Disney/ABC and ESPN.
New non-3D channels will include Disney Junior, ESPN Goal Line, and expanded video-on-demand services. There's no word on when the new offerings are set to launch.
